You may view the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on Orders Status.

Confirmations are sent via email within 30 minutes when your order has been received or your shipment has been processed, based on the valid email address provided to us.

If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter.

Occasionally orders are flagged for fraud since the information entered does not match with the cardholder's information. Once an order is flagged, our security team may attempt to contact you to verify your identity. If no response is received, your order will be cancelled. All cancelled order’s funds will be released within 24 to 48 hours depending on your bank, some customers even get it within a few minutes to hours. We suggest you try with another payment method or with PayPal as an alternative payment method. There is no other alternative to this.

No, we do not accept phone orders. All orders must be placed online.

If you would like a size chart please send an e-mail to us at support@cultofindividuality.com. Please send the item's SKU# in the e-mail so we know which size chart to send to you.

Return Details

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange with proof of purchase as long as it is reported to us within 14 days. Any defective products reported after the 14 day limit is ineligible for exchange, refund, or store credit. Please make sure to report your defective products in a timely manner. 

Please note, normal wear and tear over time is expected and natural and thus does not count as defective.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will gladly accept your timely return of unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned for any reason. Returned merchandise should include original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website. 

Return Conditions

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 40 days of the order date. Merchandise received after 40 days will be accepted or rejected at our discretion, if accepted, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted.

We suggest e-mailing us a few photos of the product, your order number, and reason for return if you are trying to return products that are past the 30 day return period as those would need specific approval. If we receive items that are past the return period, we will send it back to you at your address on file if we do not accept it at our discretion. 

Please do note for returns that come with a promotional gift, the gift must also be returned in order to receive a full refund. If the promotional gift is not returned, we will refund the amount minus the value of the gift.

All final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping Information

There are three options for return shipping:

1. If you have previously purchased the $1.98 Free Return for Store Credit or Exchanges coverage, you can proceed to submit your return. Return shipping will be waived for store credit and exchange options. A copy of this label will also be sent to your e-mail address after you submit a return request. (USA ONLY)

2. Customers may choose to get a return label directly via our returns portal while submitting the return. The return label fee will be deducted from your total refund. Please ensure you use the return label within 7 days, otherwise the label will be voided. A copy of this label will also be sent to your e-mail address after you submit a return request. (USA ONLY)

3. Customer can also choose their own preferred carrier to send back their return(s). We recommend an insured service with tracking ability. This will provide you with recourse on your packages as we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages. Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility and will not be refunded. Return Process Guide

1. To start your return, PLEASE CLICK HERE.

2. Enter your order number and zip code or e-mail. 

3. Select the item you wish to return, fill out the forms, review the return details,  and submit it.

4. Print the return slip and put it inside the package as this is needed to identify your order and process the return efficiently. Print the return label and affix it on the outside of the package. Drop-off the package within 7 days.

7. After the return has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5 to 10 business days for us to process your refund or exchange.


Refunds: Please allow 3 to 7 business days or 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges: AFTER we process your exchange, we will ship out the exchange on the same or next business day. Their tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address on the next day after it shipped.

Please note that requested exchange item(s) cannot be held for the return. We suggest you place the another order for the size you need and send back the original for a refund if you are in a rush.

Cult of Individuality offers a one time price adjustment where if an item is further reduced in price within 7 days of purchase, we will refund you the difference in price. Price adjustment can only be applied once per order.

This offer strictly excludes:

  • Any items that are not purchased on our website.
  • All new arrival, flash sale, regular sale, and final sale items.
  • Gift with purchases

Preorders are usually indicated in the title & description of the listing. These are items are new and have not arrived to our warehouse. All preorders will be shipped once stock arrives. The estimated arrival dates to warehouse or shipping dates will be noted below the item's description in red and periodically updated.

If you order any in-stock items with preorder items on the same order, your in-stock items will be shipped first. You will receive your preorder at a later date.

Please note that all preorders ETA dates may change due to delay caused by various shipping & delivery issues.
