How do I check the status of my order?

You may view the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on Orders Status.

Confirmations are sent via email within 30 minutes when your order has been received or your shipment has been processed, based on the valid email address provided to us.

If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter.

When will my package be shipped? We do not currently offer Saturday Deliveries.

Packages are shipped by the end of the business day. Business days are from Monday-Friday; holidays, and weekends are not included. Orders that are placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the next business day. All USPS First Class Package orders placed after 9 AM PST will be processed the next business day. Please keep this in mind when you are placing your order.

Why was my order cancelled?

We may have been unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically cancelled.

If your order has been cancelled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to US, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. International orders will have to pay shipping and the promotion of free shipping over $99 does not apply to international orders.

I don't know my size, is there a size chart or guide available?

Please check out our fit guide HERE for general specifications.

How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website.

Do you offer price protection?

Cult of Individuality offers a one time price adjustment where if an item is further reduced in price within 7 days of purchase, we will refund you the difference in price. Price adjustment can only be applied once per order.

This offer strictly excludes:

  • Any items that are not purchased on our website.
  • All new arrival, flash sale, regular sale, and final sale items.
  • Gift with purchases

What do I do when my package is marked delivered but I never got it?

Please check with your neighbors or anyone who might have accepted the package for you and also check around your residence. Double check that the shipping address you inputted when ordering is correct.

If the shipping address is correct and the package is not found, please do the following:

  1. Wait 24 hours before contacting UPS or your respective carrier and open an investigation for your missing package. Or contact us and let us know within 7 days. We will be unable to help if a package missing case is reported after 7 days of it's delivery date.
  2. E-mail with your order number, tracking number, and let us know your package was lost and you already opened an investigation with your respective carrier.
  3. Patiently wait up to 10-14 business days for UPS or your respective carrier to finish the investigation. If you still have not received the package by then, please notify us.

What are preorders & backorders?

Preorders are usually indicated with a blue preorder tag on the upper left corner and in the item's title. These are items that are new and have not arrived to our warehouse. All preorders will be shipped once stock arrives. The estimated arrival dates to warehouse or shipping dates will be noted below the item's description in red. 

Backorders are usually indicated with an orange restock tag on the upper left corner and in the item's title. These are items that we are restocking, but the stock have not yet arrived to our warehouse. The estimated arrival dates to warehouse or shipping dates will be noted below the item's description in red.

Please note that both preorder and backorder ETA dates are subjected to change due to delay caused by COVID-19 and other shipping or custom changes.
