Returns & Exchanges
Holiday Special Return Period:
All items (excluding final sale items) purchased on or after 11/15/19 are eligible for a return or exchange until 1/15/19.
Only items in original packaging and tags are accepted.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange with proof of purchase within one year. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will gladly accept your timely return of unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Returned merchandise should include original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise received after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking charge and will only be accepted at our discretion.
Please do note for returns that come with a promotional gift, the gift must also be returned in order to receive a full refund. If the promotional gift is not returned, we will refund the amount minus the value of the gift.
All final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customer is responsible return shipping. We recommend an insured service with tracking ability. This will provide you with recourse on your packages as we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages.
Return Process Guide
1. To start your return, please click HERE.
2. Enter your order number and e-mail you used to place the order
3. Select the cart icon on the item you wish to return, fill out the form, and submit it
4. Wait for approval, once approved an automated e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address with your RA number and your order number.
5. Print this e-mail out or write the RA and order numbers on a sheet of paper and ship it back with your return. If you requested an exchange, write down the item you want to exchange and it's size. If you kept the order details paper that came with the shipment, you can just use that too. Please note that without the RA and order numbers, we cannot identify or process your return.

7. After the return has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process your refund or exchange.
Refunds: Please allow 3 to 7 business days or 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement
Exchanges: AFTER we process your exchange, we will ship out the exchange on the same or next business day. Their tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address by our system the same day it shipped.
