Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange with proof of purchase as long as it is reported to us within 14 days. Any defective products reported after the 14 day limit is ineligible for exchange, refund, or store credit. Please make sure to report your defective products in a timely manner.
Please note, normal wear and tear over time is expected and natural and thus does not count as defective. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will gladly accept your timely return of unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned for any reason. Returned merchandise should include original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise received after 30 days will be accepted or rejected at our discretion, if accepted, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted.
We suggest e-mailing us a few photos of the product, your order number, and reason for return if you are trying to return products that are past the 30 day return period as those would need specific approval. If we receive items that are past the return period, we will send it back to you at your address on file if we do not accept it at our discretion.
Please do note for returns that come with a promotional gift, the gift must also be returned in order to receive a full refund. If the promotional gift is not returned, we will refund the amount minus the value of the gift.
All final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customer is responsible return shipping. We recommend an insured service with tracking ability. This will provide you with recourse on your packages as we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages.
Return Process Guide
1. To start your return, please click HERE.
2. Enter your order number and e-mail you used to place the order
3. Select the cart icon on the item you wish to return, fill out the form, and submit it
4. Wait for approval, once approved an automated e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address with your RA number and your order number. *We manually approve/deny RA requests, please submit 1 RA request per item that you wish to return, duplicates will be denied. Additionally, as we manually approve RA requests, please allow 1 business day for us to approve your RA request.*
5. Print this e-mail out or write the RA and order numbers on a sheet of paper and ship it back with your return. If you requested an exchange, write down the item you want to exchange and it's size. If you kept the order details paper that came with the shipment, you can just use that too. Please note that without the RA and order numbers, we cannot identify or process your return.

7. After the return has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process your refund or exchange.
Refunds: Please allow 3 to 7 business days or 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement
Exchanges: AFTER we process your exchange, we will ship out the exchange on the same or next business day. Their tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address by our system the same day it shipped.
Please note that RA Requests that have been opened for more than 6 weeks will automatically be closed.
